中科院物理所研究员,研究组长,博士生导师。2012年毕业于中科院物理所,获凝聚态物理(磁学)博士学位,获中科院院长奖学金特别奖、中科院百篇优秀博士论文奖,并留所于磁学国家重点实验室工作。2013年入选中科院青年创新促进会,2015年任物理所副研究员,2018年任物理所博士生导师,2020年任物理所研究员。2016年3月-2018年2月,作为“洪堡学者”赴德国Dresden马普固体化学物理所及Halle马普微结构物理所访问,合作导师Claudia Felser和Stuart Parkin教授。2017年获国家基金委“优青”基金、中科院青促会优秀会员基金、国家自然科学二等奖(排名4/5)。2021年获国家青年拔尖人才计划。
主要研究方向:磁性拓扑物理。致力于磁性拓扑新材料的实现、磁性拓扑量子效应的调控、拓扑磁电子学功能器件的探索。注重从晶格、价键、能带、电子、自旋等内禀层面思考材料设计和物性调控的思想和方法。
研究中借助于第一性原理电子结构计算、多晶制备、单晶生长、薄膜器件微加工等手段,究磁性拓扑输运、反常霍尔电输运、反常能斯特热输运、磁场驱动马氏体相变、多卡热效应等物理行为,以及磁性相变与拓扑相变的耦合,温度、磁场、压力条件下的相变及电热输运等行为。
主要研究成果:在国际上首次实现了磁性外尔费米子拓扑物态,提出了全过渡族Heusler合金新家族,发现了磁相变材料的“居里温度窗口”效应。在Science、Nature Physics、Nature Electronics、Physical Review Letters、PNAS、Science Advances、Nature Communications、Applied Physics Reviews等国际期刊上发表学术论文200余篇,文章总引10000余次。其中,ESI高被引论文(Top1%)7篇、热点论文(Top0.1%)5篇。参与撰写著作《Handbook of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials》(2021)、《拓扑磁性材料与器件原理》(2025)。先后在《中国科学》、《物理学报》、《Nature Physics》期刊上受邀发表观点论文。授权中、美、日、欧新材料发明专利5项。在国际学术会议及科研机构做邀请报告50余次。磁性外尔半金属中自旋-轨道极化子获得“中科院2020年度科技创新亮点工作”,磁性外尔半金属线性正磁电阻研究被评为中科院合肥强磁场科学中心“2022年度SHMFF十大亮点成果”。
担任学术任务:担任中国电子学会应用磁学分会高级会员,自旋量子态调控科技论坛学术委员会委员,中国稀土学会相变制冷材料与技术专业委员会委员,磁学国家重点实验室第八届学术委员会委员,永磁材料与技术省部共建协同创新中心第一届学术委员会委员,The Innovation国际期刊编委。担任Nature、Nature Physics、Physical Review Letters、Nature Communications、Advanced Materials等国际期刊审稿人。
